I have installed Shine3 update (12.1.0) and drivers, but when I run 4a_BOOT_bootimg.bat I get "Waiting for device" and nothing happens.

This is the output:

This means the fastboot mode is working properly.


Repeat the process, run the file again and if its output is the same, continue with the root guide at step 7 (4a_BOOT_bootimg.bat). There shouldn't be any problems booting the image if fastboot is running correctly.


If the problem persists, there might be an issue with the internal storage. Maybe some kind of data corruption. I'd try to hardreset the device and then flash the latest original update.zip and try rooting again.
