PB 650 Ultra Neue Firmware 5.5.483

Soeben habe ich die gestern erschienene neue FW-Version heruntergeladen und problemlos installiert. Die von mir bei der Vorversion monierten Fehler sind bereinigt. Die Release Notes versprechen dazu eine Reihe Neuerungen, die ich natürlich noch nicht testen konnte.
Auf jeden Fall für mich eine erfreuliche Leistung. Mein Ultra läuft jetzt so, wie ich es mir erhofft habe.
Gut finde ich auch, dass die früheren Versionen noch zur Verfügung stehen.

Sehr schön, dann folgen sicherlich bald auch die Updates für die anderen Readertypen, warte nämlich schon sehnsüchtig auf die neue FW fürs InkPad. Ich gehe davon aus, dass der Ultra auch mit dem Absatzbug behaftet war. Ist der bei der neuen FW eliminiert worden?

Tut mir leid: dieses Problem sagt mir nichts - Bei meinem Ultra gab es schon seit den vorigen FW-Updates (ab 5.1) keine Darstellungsprobleme mehr.
Die neue Version erlaubt nach dem ersten Eindruck verfeinerte Einstellungen zur Leseansicht (s.auch die Release Notes / Readers Ziff.2)

O.k., dann gehörst du zu den glücklichen Lesern denen der Absatzbug noch nicht aufgefallen ist, bzw. die sich nicht daran stören. Dann kümmere dich auch nicht weiter darum!!!!!!

Fixed:


Readers:
1. Text in books of the fb2 format moved up after entry of page number through the keyboard.
2. Status bar disappeared into the reader after the transition to the next page during postscoring by TTS.
3. Note made with a pencil displayed on the status bar in pdf files.
4. The status bar was duplicating after shutdown of the window «Read mode».
5. In some books of djvu format page numbers in the content and in the note list were displayed in descending order, rather than ascending.


BookStore:
1. The numeric keypad did not changed into the full at the recharge form at the BookStore.
2. At the app BookStore the white screen was displayed after opening of the notification panel.
3. The «Register» item was displayed in the Settings of the store eveen if user has been been authorized.


Browser:
1. Eliminating the possibility of malfunction of the browser application when you zoom the page in landscape orientation.


ReadRate
1. During the transition from the tab «Book Information» to «ReadRate» notification bar appeared at the bottom of the screen.
2. Artifacts remained in the line of the input field of the commentary to the book and to the recommendations to the friends.
3. Button Recommend at ReadRate menu sometimes displayed above the onscreen keyboard.


Notification panel
1. When you turn off the backlight using the hardware Menu button the highlighted icon status at the notification panel could not change the state.
2. At the Library it was impossible to call up notification panel after folding books card menu.


Desktop
1. Incorrect display of the date of the books addition on the desktop in certain cases.

Auch ich habe gerade das Update installiert.


Mich freut, dass der Ultra von Pocketbook nach den Startschwierigkeiten nun doch noch nicht ganz abgeschrieben ist/wurde.
Die Updatefeatures scheinen vielversprechend zu sein.


Nun habe ich mal eine ganz andere Frage .... Coolreader auf dem Ultra soll nicht möglich sein. In einem cz-ebook-Forum habe ich einen Beitrag vom 12.1.15 gelesen, dass es nun doch möglich ist.


Habe mir die Seite mit Google übersetzen lassen. Naja, lesen kann man es... aber verstanden habe ich es nicht wirklich. Vielleicht kann jemand hier ein kleines Statement darüber abgeben. Wäre supi ....

Ich kann bestätigen, dass der Absatzbug beim Ultra jetzt nicht mehr vorhanden zu sein scheint. ☺
